Hi, I am Xiangchen Shen (沈祥臣).

I am an M.S. student in Software Engineering at East China Normal University, advised by Prof. Ting Su, and expected to graduate in 2028. I am currently conducting research at the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, where I am mentored by Shuyue Hu. My research lies broadly in AI4AI, with a focus on Agent RSI and Agent Harnesses. I study how harness design, including skills, tool interfaces, context management, and learning loops, can support reliable agent behavior and enable agents to improve from experience.

Previously, I worked on production-scale AI4SE, with an emphasis on intelligent agents and automated software testing. During my internship with Tencent's WeChat Pay and Technology Architecture Department, I built automated user-acceptance testing frameworks and developed agents to support testing workflows for WeChat and WeChat Pay, products serving over one billion users. These systems have been deployed in WeChat's internal production environment.
